PETER A. PROSPER III

Peter A. Prosper, III is the President and Owner of Prosper First Capital. He has been in the business for almost 30 years and his experience has ranged from Underwriting and Quality Control to Loan Origination to Branch/Division Manager before starting this company. 

He is a lifelong resident of the greater Albany, NY region, graduated from Union College with a major in Mathematics/Minor in Economics, and has a wife and three children.

Throughout the years Pete has built his business through long-term connections within his local community, as well as partners in Connecticut and Florida. Pete's drive for customer satisfaction is matched with his ability to communicate with clients and meet their needs. The same can be said for the relationships he keeps with over 35 lenders he has built portfolios with over the years.
